West Coast Industrial Flooring was founded by President Michael Houx in 1992 and is based out of Rancho Cordova, CA , a suburb of Sacramento. We specialize in the application of polymer based coatings. These applications include industrial and decorative trowel applied seamless flooring , integral composite wall systems, thin film epoxy, urethanes and poly ureas, waterproof pedestrian and vehicular elastomeric coatings.

We apply coatings in many markets including bio pharmaceutical, medical research facilities, food and beverage, animal care, institutional and industrial.

WCIF, Inc. are master applicators of UCrete, a BASF product, the original cementitious urethane technology designed for seamless, monolithic floor overlays and resurfacing.

All field applicators and mechanics are OSHA certified. We have LEED Accredited staff to help with any Green building or LEED certified projects.
